The "CCL Polishing, Washing, and Drying Device" is a polishing, washing, and drying apparatus designed to clean SUS plates that have been separated from the product after the CCL press molding process. Within a total length of 2.5 meters, it integrates a dual-axis buff polishing device, a warm water washing device, and a drying device. The drying method employs an air knife system using compressed air. The SUS plates, heated by pressing and warm water, achieve both water removal and cooling effects simultaneously through this air knife. Even immediately after being discharged from this equipment, hot SUS plates are not brought into the processing room. We also offer various other types, so please let us know your requirements first.
